We offer two rate structures for our guests: the Budget Rate (our best deal) and the Continental Rate (includes continental breakfast). The choice is yours.
Rates mat vary by season. Presently our standard rates are as follows:
Our Budget Rates
| Use of one guest room: | $75/night * |
| Use of two guest rooms: | $90/night * |
Our Continental Rates
| Use of one guest room: | $85/night * |
| Use of two guest rooms: | $100/night * |
* For single-night stay, add $15 to nominal rate.
Our Holiday Rates
For the following holidays and holiday weekends, our rates are $10 per night higher than our standard rates listed above:
- New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Independence Day – July 3 & 4
- Labor Day Weekend
- Columbus Day Weekend
- Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
