Arrival Time: Check in time is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Arrival time after 7 is by arrangement.
Departure Time: Check out time is by 11 a.m.
No Smoking: For the comfort of guests and residents, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Breakfast: Breakfast is no longer served at the Grapevine Inn. However, many of our guests enjoy delicious pastries and beverages at the nearby Lady Killegrew Cafe – just a short half mile away.
Occupancy: Our guest suite consists of two rooms. We have a two-guest maximum in the queen-bed room and a one-guest maximum in the single-bed room, for a total three guest maximum. Our guests have private and exclusive use to our rental suite, though our rates do vary depending upon whether one or both rooms are used.
Minimum Night Stays: At the Grapevine Inn, we do not generally have a minimum-night requirement, though there is a surcharge for single-night stays. Please check our rates. Minimum stays may apply on holiday bookings, however.
Pets: While we do have a wonderful, indoor cat of our own, she is not allowed in our guest suite. For the comfort of those guests who may have allergies, pets are not permitted. We love animals, and am sorry we cannot accommodate your pet.
Children: Children over the age of 10 are welcome at the Grapevine Inn. Infants may also be accommodated, but please phone first.
Payment Method: We accept cash and travelers checks. Credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard) are also available, processed through Paypal at a 3% surcharge (a Paypal account is NOT required).
Reservations: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate on stays of two or more nights, and 100% on one night stays.
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $25 service charge, provided that you give more than two weeks notice. Within two weeks we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. A $25 service charge will apply. Early departures are regarded as cancellations.
